This website is operated by ClearVision Enterprises Co.,Ltd. (Company Registration No. 0835558003904), trading as ClearVision Properties — a real-estate agency at 336/1 Srisoonthorn Road, Cherngtalay, Thalang, 83110 Phuket, Thailand. We work the way we write: clear, direct and transparent — and that includes how we handle your data.

What we collect — and what we don't

Browsing this site requires no account and no registration. You can view every listing without telling us who you are.

• What you choose to send us. When you contact us — usually through WhatsApp, our preferred channel — we receive whatever you share: your name, your number, and your message. We use it to answer you and to help you find the right property, and for no other purpose.
• Your preferences. The site remembers small conveniences: your chosen display currency, and — if you arrived through one of our agents' links or picked an agent yourself — who your ClearVision contact person is, so the same person helps you throughout.
• Enquiries. When you send us a message or tap a WhatsApp button we keep what you wrote, the listing it was about, the page you wrote from, how you arrived on the site (for example a link in an advert), your device and language, and — only if you have accepted cookies — the pages you looked at on this site, so we can answer you well. We record the consent you gave, word for word, and whether you asked for our newsletter. This goes to the CRM our team works in. We never sell it.
• Visit statistics. Like most websites we use Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) and the Meta Pixel to understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising. These tools set cookies and receive standard technical data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type.
• Server logs. Our hosting keeps routine technical logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security and troubleshooting.

Cookies

The site uses a small number of cookies: a session cookie (needed for the site to function), your currency choice, your chosen agent, and — only after you press "Accept all" on the cookie banner — the statistics and advertising cookies set by Google and Meta described above. Choosing "Essential only" keeps the site fully working; we simply do not count your visit.

What we do with your data

• We use it to answer your enquiries, arrange viewings, and improve the site.
• We never sell your personal data. Full stop.
• We share it only with the tools that make the site and our work function: our analytics and advertising providers (Google, Meta), our customer-relationship system, and — within ClearVision — the agent who is helping you.
• We keep enquiry details for as long as we work together and as long as Thai law requires business records to be kept.

Our AI stays in-house

Some of our behind-the-scenes work — describing listing photographs, reading property documents — is assisted by artificial intelligence. That AI runs entirely on ClearVision's own private systems. Nothing is sent to external AI companies, your messages are never processed by AI at all, and neither your data nor our documents are used to train anyone's models.

Your rights

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) — and, for visitors from the EU, the GDPR — you may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request through our contact page or by WhatsApp, and we will answer plainly and promptly.

Security & children

We keep personal data on protected systems with access limited to the people who need it. This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

About the listings

• Information changes. Prices, availability, sizes and specifications come from developers and owners and can change without notice. We keep the site as current as we can, but nothing here is a contractual offer — the final terms are always the ones in the signed paperwork.
• Pictures can be plans. Photographs of off-plan and under-construction projects are often the developer's renders and are illustrative, not a promise of the finished home.
• Currency conversions are approximate. Prices shown in other currencies are indicative only. Every transaction is concluded in Thai Baht (THB), at the full stated amount.
• Verify before you commit. Nothing on this site is legal, tax or investment advice. Before purchasing property in Thailand, satisfy yourself — with independent legal advice where appropriate — about title, ownership structure and your personal circumstances. We are glad to point you to the right professionals.
